Kärsivällisyyttä Petri toimintakulttuurin muutoksen suhteen. Missään ei muutos ei ole niin hidasta kuin koulumaailmassa. Mutta suunta on oikea. Ja syy muutoksen hitauteen ei ole pelkästään meissä opettajissa, vaan kyllähän virkaehtosopimus yksi iso jarru on!!!
